Who we are

Sanjak Group is the trading name of Sanjak Investments Ltd (company number 11222427), Sanjak Property Ltd (company number 12364687) and Park Place Queensway Ltd (company number 10716194), each registered in England and Wales. The company that handles your enquiry is the data controller for the personal data you send us. To contact us about your data, use the contact form on our homepage.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the subject of your enquiry and your message.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship, for example as a tenant or an advisory client. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run this website and our email: Cloudflare, which hosts the website, checks the contact form for spam and delivers your message, and Google, which provides our email inbox. These providers may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to us working together, we keep it for up to 12 months. If it does, we keep the records for six years after our relationship ends. We keep data longer only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us through the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that an enquiry comes from a person rather than an automated program. The website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
